Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Manager to identify, research, and engage potential customers. This is a front-end role focused on pipeline generation — your main goal will be to uncover new opportunities, connect with relevant decision-makers, and bring qualified leads to product demos. Your strength lies in outreach, positioning, and opening doors for sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients across target markets
  • Understand client needs and align our offerings with those
  • Initiate outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage qualified prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead data, touchpoints, and progress
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Report execution and key metrics indicating progress towards set targets
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and verticals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, and pre-sales
  • Being familiar with event tech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers
  • Excellent research, organization, and outreach capabilities
  • Experience of using AI tooling for research and automated outreach (examples: Clay, Salesloft, Reply.io, etc)
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline development
  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
